The home was just what we were looking for. Clean, well maintained and kid friendly. The host has everything you may need! We found it to be well stocked and had items that we needed and had forgotten; definitely a plus.

Great host and house
We went there for the tennis tournament. The house had a enough bed for 7 of us. Very easy to access to the private tennis courts before the tournament. When we got there we could not find the key of the tennis courts. I sent the message to Jill and she responded right away and her friend delivered the new keys so quickly. We could have done nice practices before the tournament. Jill is a very nice host,responds to us questions very quickly and checking with us make sure we are doing ok.The house is clean,comfortable and roomy. We definitely want to stay her beautiful house again.

Awesome property. beautiful home, spacious and great location. Couldn’t of asked for anything more. Better than advertised. Jill was such a great host, checking in a couple of time to make sure we were alright. I stayed with my beautiful family of 9 and the home was more than spacious for us. So well taken cared of an maintained and super well stocked. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Once again Jill was awesome.

What a lovely house
What a lovely house in a private residential golf course community. The a/c had been turned on ahead of our arrival which was a lovely touch and the house was immaculately clean. Compared to all the other properties we have stayed in, it was very obvious that this property was actually a family’s holiday home but it was nice that we could access and use their personal stuff. The confusing excess of electrical switches was made easier with written annotations but some markings had faded, were missing or the switches were in the wrong position of the written declaration “not to be turned off”. There was a comprehensive information sheet but it was a little out of date. The home had access to 3 pools. Unfortunately the larger main pool was shut during our stay due to human excrement and the closest smaller pool was closed for maintenance. Finding the correct keys to access the pools was not too difficult but also not obvious. It did, however, allow me to chance across a vital map to help identify the location of the specific pools we could use. Due to homeowners equipment it was not possible to park the car in the garage and I was also a little disappointed to find that there was a golf cart but we were not allowed to use it... the golf cart would have been the perfect transport around the expansive resort to get to the pools and sport facilities. We did find the one wine glass and we managed to figure out that the power lead had been pulled from the TV box and this did not distract from our enjoyment. I did, however, manage to fix the broken dining room table and hung a towel over the bedroom blinds which had a missing slat. The coffee machine was brilliant once I managed to get to the shop and buy some pods and we survived on our travel instant once we found the well stored kettle. On the whole it was a mixed experience, some of which was clearly outside the control of the owner. We did enjoy the lovely clean home and would recommend to others but the stay could have been a whole lot worse if we were not willing or able to be quite so resourceful. Some tourist/visitor info about the palm desert/Indio area would also be a welcome addition for future guests.

Beautiful neighborhood, well stocked house
We came for a family Thanksgiving getaway. Beautiful home with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. Plenty of towels, sheets, soap, detergent, etc. There is a mini pool table in the garage and some bikes to ride that my kids enjoyed. Tons of DVDs to choose from. The WiFi worked great. Owner was very responsive. Only hiccups: It took a long time to initially get into the neighborhood because our names weren’t at the security desk. The cable tv box in the family room didn’t work so I spent a lot of time on the phone with the cable company (with owner help and info) getting that resolved and installing new box. None of the key cards to the pool worked (needed to be replaced and only owner can do it). Staff was nice and let us in but it was an extra layer of hassle. All said, we would definitely stay here again. Jill was compassionate and as helpful as she could be without being there to solve the issues.

Best Vacation Spot Ever
You'll love this rental home which is perfect for a family vacation. Situated in the heart of Indio, CA you're close to all the shopping you'll need, and 20 min away from Palm Springs Airport. You're safely tucked away in the community of Indian Palms Golf and Country Club resort, with a lifestyle fitness center, great pool area, and even a cute neighbourhood pool if you don't want to take the 15 minute walk to the lifestyle center. The house itself is well equipped for the perfect family vacation, DVDs to enjoy, family games to play, bikes for cycling, and a bbq in the backyard that overlooks a beautiful lake-view. You'll probably even get a visit from some of the ducks that roam the resort - don't worry they won't bug you, but they're friendly and will certainly take any scraps that you toss their way. The owners are excellent to deal with as well, so booking and communication is a breeze. Enjoy!

Great location & Great house!
From the very beginning of the trip everything ran VERY smoothly, Jill was in constant contact and quick to reply with any questions or concerns we have, the neighbors were also very helpful in tracking down access to the community pool etc. The house was clean, with clear instructions on how to deal with garbage, community amenities and any other common questions & concerns. Jill was very accommodating for our large group during Coachella and had tons of bedding / air mattresses and places for us to fit everyone comfortably. Everyone had a great stay and would definitely come back again next year!

Everything you need right at your fingertips
We stayed here during the Sandstorm Lacrosse tournament. We had heard the parking at the tournament was dreadful, so we were pleased to find this home within walking distance to the Polo Fields. We were able to park at the clubhouse and walk to the fields from there, making the walk about 20 min. The house was very well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The owner was very attentive and easy to work with.

The house was great. Lots of open space . Nice neighborhood. Well maintained. I really enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the patio and watching the ducks in the pond. I wanted a quite area to relax and I was not disappointed.
