Excellent location. We chose the 8.45 breakfast slot, I chose poached eggs. We arrived on time, however, breakfast had been cooked and kept hot. Eggs were hard, square sausage was dried out.

Wonderful B & B in downtown Inverness!! Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect for our 1 night stay. Quiet and extremely clean. Loved the decorating in our room, fun and professionally done.

Great location in Inverness.
The owner’s recommendations for what to do in the area were excellent! The room was small but very efficient and recently updated. Very clean. The town was easy to walk to along the river with lots of restaurants and shops!

It was the perfect place to stay between long bus and ferry journeys. The only downside was not being able to access a quick continental breakfast, although I had texted ahead to say I'd have to leave at 7.30am. No-one replied to that unfortunately.

Say AYE to Aye Stay!!
I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Aye Inn! It is in a great location for exploring Inverness & the surrounding area. I was very comfortable in my room, and found everything to be a great mix of traditional and modern. The owners have really taken care to not only decorate it with a very definite Scottish charm (& humor!) but have provided appreciated things such as a multi USB port, knowing travelers today often have more than one device. The breakfast was yummy! I appreciated the options offered & feel they would please many different tastes/needs. My one suggestion to the owners would be to provide a little explanation of the tv (a Smart TV). It took me a little time to figure out I had to turn on the tv at the set before the remote would work. But this was not really a big deal as the wifi was so good I could stream some shows on my iPad. Such a good stay. Highly recommended!!
