perfect for our needs
Fine place to stay. Accessible room on 1st floor was very large. Bathroom space very large. Full length mirror & kitchenette area in room. Room was fairly clean, slightly in need of updating (carpet, counter tops). Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area, however the whole town had a bad smell when we were there. Safe area - we walked to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast provided was fine. Hot foods, waffles & cold options. Staff we met was kind and helpful.

The staff and food wwere excellent. Our only problem is that the EV chargers did not work. We ended up putting in $30 and still have not received a refund from the charger company. The Quality Inn staff didn't know anything about what to do when the charger took our credit card and "ate" the deposit. The chargers have a sticker with a QR code that's peeling off -- and so that is only workable on 2 of the four chargers. It's a fine hotel, but the management should take control of those chargers -- or not tell customers that they exist. We ended up having to go to another set to get our vehicle charged for the rest of our trip.

This hotel is probably the best value in the Petaluma area. Do not expect however to find a 5-star resort. The staff at the desk are friendly but not overly. Breakfast is OK, and we enjoyed the hot sausage/bacon/scrambled egg buffet style. The pool is not very big, and there were a few leaves and a plastic bag floating in it. But overall, we were happy with our stay, and given the area, it's a good value for the money.
