I liked the view from the 8th floor. Everyone at the desk was very helpful and courteous. The closed caption, however, didn't work correctly on the tv. That mattered to me.

We checked in assuming there would be daily housekeeping service. But that never happened. And when I asked about it, was told that we were supposed to be given that option at check in. We were not given that option. So we had to rrquest clean towels, wastebasket removal and other things. The airconditioning didn't work. Set the thermostat at 70 but the temp stayed at 76.

Hotel was great. Nice location. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the room. The doors going to the bathroom and the outside hallway both seem to have expanded or something so there was no way to open and close them quietly. This made it impossible to not wake up the entire room when using the restroom during the night.
