Welcome to your perfect island escape—this cheerful and inviting studio condo is ideally located just a block away from the beach access path, making it a quick 5-minute walk to the sands and surf of Isle of Palms. Whether you're here to explore or simply unwind, this space offers a clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained retreat to relax in after a day of island adventures.

The cozy living area includes a small dining table, a versatile futon-style sofa that easily converts into a full-sized bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Cooking breakfast or light meals is easy with the provided coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop (just bring metal-bottomed pans—one’s included). Dishes, silverware, glassware, and all the kitchen tools you’ll need are provided to ensure a convenient stay. While there’s no full oven, the cooktop is perfect for preparing simple, home-cooked meals in the comfort of your condo.

The bathroom features a modern glass and tile shower enclosure with space for all your necessities.

The bedroom area is thoughtfully designed with a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a cozy sitting area (perfect for putting on your flip-flops before heading out) and ample closet space with an iron and board. The bedroom is open to the rest of the condo and is ideal for those who appreciate a simple, no-fuss layout.

Outside your door, you'll find a couple of chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. While the view overlooks the parking lot, the sound of the waves from the nearby beach adds a soothing backdrop to your morning routine.

Pet-friendly accommodations mean your dog can join in the fun too! Please pre-approve pets over 20 lbs (some larger breeds may not be allowed), and note that a small pet fee is required. For your pup’s needs, there’s a vet clinic down the street, as well as pet stores and an emergency clinic in nearby Mt. Pleasant.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25 at all of our properties. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.

In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

Great condo. Perfect location.
This is the third time weve stayed at this condo. Clean. Super comfy king bed. Love the area, the pool. Close to the beach, but far enough away from the crazy crowds.

Great Place, Even Better Location
This property was honestly perfect. Three of us stayed in the apartment (2 in bed, 1 on pull out couch) and it was super comfortable space-wise. The apartment was clean, practical, and in the best location possible - 5 min walk from every restaurant, the grocery store, and the beach. Beth is super easy to communicate with and it was a simple check-in and check-out. Not a boujee spot but awesome place to stay.

Terrific location, great restaurants within walking distance from Oceanview Inn.
We stayed in a studio apartment perfect for two people. It was clean and efficient. We wanted to wake up in 2023 at the beach. Ate at all the local restaurants. We will go back. I recommend this inn to stay at.

First and foremost, Beth is an outstanding Property Manager! Wonderful person that is just a phone call/text away. Everything imaginable is within two blocks of Ocean Inn - beach, great food, drinks, music, friendly locals, etc. We drove to Fort Moultrie that was a small island hop away. Walked the Marsh Trail off of Rifle Range Road early one morning. The birding was excellent. Take your binocs and book. No hitches. No glitches. Clean homey room with personal touches galore. Great minus the bed and kitchen sink
Pros: This is a great location, centralized to most things. The layout is great with plenty of room for storage. Great bathroom and kitchen amenities. Cons: sink in kitchen is small and the faucet too short to wash dishes easily. The bed is sagging on both sides and so loud when you get in, roll, or get out that it woke the other person.

Small but clean
Although advertised as a 4 person unit, the futon is slightly larger than a twin and not comfortable at all! We used a twin air mattress to solve the problem. The king bed in the bedroom is comfy but very squeaky. But very clean and well equipped!

THE. BEST. location. Also, Beth is the best! She communicates everything very well and promptly with you. The condo/apartment is as described, was clean, and was the perfect size for my boyfriend, myself, and our two small dogs. Definitely going to book here next time we want to come to IOP!
