Fairway Dunes Storm Water Drain Project
**Between September 3 and December 31st, they will be replacing the storm drains in the Fairway Dunes neighborhood. During this time, there will be active construction in the area which could mean construction vehicles and crews, noise from construction and generators, as well as limited parking. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts will be open but access may be difficult. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, or if there's anything else we can do, please let us know!**

Your family will find the interior of “6 Fairway Dunes” delightful! The living area, dining area, and kitchen are located on the first level. Highlighted by hardwood floors, the lower level is spacious and comfortable with many updated furnishings. The kitchen has been upgraded and features granite countertops. Just off the living area is a wonderful open deck plus a screen porch, both overlooking the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, Green #11.


The first bedroom features a private bath, two twin beds, a flat screen television and an open deck looking towards Palmetto Boulevard. The second master bedroom on the top level features a private bath, a flat screen television, and a queen bed. Finally, the master bedroom is highlighted with a king bed, an open deck overlooking the golf course, a flat screen television, and a large private bath. All of the bathrooms at “Top of the Dune” have been upgraded with sleek granite countertops. Additional bedding can be found in the living area with a pull out sleeper sofa.

• Parking for three cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy it’s 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach, as well as many different dining options! Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
