Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home, a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, a bonus family room and a cheerful master king bedroom. Outdoor living is at its best at 73 Grand Pavilion with a screen porch, which features seating for four. With the home being located on a corner lot, the screen porch is the perfect place to catch a Carolina sunset or simply enjoy the cooling summer Southwest breeze.

Beach access is easy at 73 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of Wild Dunes, a paved sidewalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass covered dunes leading you to a terrific sandy beach. Another 25 yards just down the beach you will discover the Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion that features two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, beach bar, ice cream shop, beach shop, and live entertainment during prime seasons. The Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion is a fantastic oasis and lots of fun.

73 Grand Pavilion is in the perfect location and just a few minute walk away from the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, shopping, an outdoor basketball court, children’s playground and several restaurants.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Disappointed without a Dryer

Tired property, not at all as described or inline with the pictures. It may have been nice once, but the maintenance has clearly been overlooked. The dryer was not functional. They called a repair man who fixed the godawful noise the machine made, but he told us not to use it after the repair, until the owner had the vent cleaned as it was a fire risk. Staying for a week with three children, without being able to wash bathing suits, beach towel or even bath towels was a nightmare. The trim was falling off the windows, the master bathroom facet leaked, covering the counter with water when it was turned on. The bed sheets were torn. Just a disappointment. We tried to spend as little time in the home as possible and the owner/rental company had absolutely no desire to help. In any way. Look elsewhere if you wa g to stay in the area.

My family (husband, adult son, adult daughter & son-in-law their 2 year old toddler) spent a week at 73 Grand Pavillion. Property was beautiful. Perfect for our family. Every bedroom had a separate on-suite bath. We really enjoyed the 2nd floor screen porch. Location was great - just a quick walk to the beach or the pool.

73 GP is a fabulous home! A very sort walk to the beach, the inn and the shops and restaurants. It’s nicely decorated and very clean. We loved sitting on the porches in the morning and evenings, smell of lilac was intoxicating. Highly recommend this property!

An opportunity to be together for an entire week and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach and pool. The weather was just what you’d expect in South Carolina in July. Every day was sunny and hot. Made some wonderful memories!

Clean, updated and great location

Great experience! You can tell the owners take great care of the property. Everything is updated and clean. The layout worked well with two families. Each couple had a king size bed and the kids had queen size beds. The location worked out well. Kids were able to get to the beach and pools easily. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. My only suggestion would be to put some string lights on the upstairs porch for ambience. The beds were comfortable with quality linens and the decor was very tasteful.

Wonderful Home in Isle of Palms

We stayed in this home for 2 weeks at the end of July. The home is beautiful and looks just like it does in the photos. Clean, spacious and quiet (which is very important to me). The beds were very comfortable and they provide everything you could need in the kitchen. Close to the beach and you have access to the pools, gym, etc. I highly recommend! I only have one suggestion and it has to do with the outdoor spaces. I wish the outdoor shower in the garage was enclosed. That way we could have removed and rinsed out our bathingsuits and brought less sand into the house. I also wish there was an umbrella over the table on the back porch and when I sat in the screened in porch there were a lot of gnats, so you may want to check to make sure the screens dont need to be fixed.

Perfect week at Wild Dunes

This home was clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order (A/C worked perfectly!). The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach or tennis courts or restaurants/entertainment is 2 minutes, but it was very quiet on our street. Excellent/easy check in and communication with property manager made the week easy. My only suggestion would be to add a recycling bin for curbside pickup. I'd definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home

73 Grand Pavilion is an amazing home with gorgeous updated kitchen and bathrooms and beautifully decorated bedrooms and living room. Perfect for 4 couples to have privacy and also to gather and watch tv and eat together. Short walk down the sidewalk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice utensils, cookware and appliances. Such a nice stay we wish we could move in! We will definitely stay here again.

This house is tastefully decorated (not too beachy) yet very comfortable; it felt more like a home than a rental! There was plenty of room to stretch out...with several different sitting areas, you didn’t feel like everyone was crowded in one room. The kitchen was big and well equipped, and the master bathroom is over the top nice! Close proximity to beach, too!
