Conveniently located close to the Isle of Palms Connector, it's a short drive to Mt Pleasant and the Towne Center shopping center and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, several which are within a very short walking distance. If you prefer to cook, this condo has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full compliment of small appliances, dishes and kitchenware. This home is well appointed for all your family and friends might need for a great stay at the beach. A great beach vacation doesn't get much easier or convenient than this. It's called Easy Breezy for good reason! ***THERE IS NO VIEW from this condo. It overlooks the driveway and the back door to the neighboring coffee shop. There is a wood partition surrounding the trash receptacle 40' away. There is a great parking spot right at your front door if you're quick enough to grab it each day! ***

There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.
