From the moment I and my family arrived, was impressed by the impeccable service and the warm welcome from the staff. The hotel featured a beautiful swimming pool, a relaxing sauna, a rejuvenating Hammam, and a well-equipped gym, providing guests with plenty of opportunities to unwind and stay active during their stay. One standout member of the staff was Eren, who worked at the hotel's restaurant. Eren's exceptional service and attention to detail truly stood out, making our dining experience memorable and special. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt at home and that every aspect of our meal was perfect. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The air conditioners are exceptionally strong, keeping the rooms perfectly cool. The shower is a real highlight, being both wide and offering consistently warm water with excellent pressure. Additionally, the high-speed internet made staying connected effortless, which is a big plus for both work and leisure. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. To top it all off, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it.

Great staff and comfort hotel! We worked and stayed there. Has a good gym facility and gym. We used gym, new equipments and modern gym. Staff is friendly, especially it has restaurant which we dine and worked there. Price is reasonable, take breakfast included it is definitely worth it.

Not the first time here, but every time am enjoying my time. Great staff, great welcome and hospitality, clean place, quite yet central area; both Cevahir mall and Zorlu Center are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Most of all I liked the staff at this hotel. Very professional, helpful, nice and courteous. Hotel lobby wasn't very well designed to spend time at. There is not much to do around the hotel and one should walk about 20 minutes to reach some good locations. There is a mall very close to the hotel that can be helpful in case of emergency needs or shopping for leaisure.

It is a nice and luxury hotel in the central European side of Istanbul. There are tons of restaurants in the area. But the hotel looks at a major intersection of a busy bridge. Once you step outside you can smell the strong smog and the rooms overlooking the front of the hotel are noisy even with windows closed. Breakfast is acceptable. Gym is nice and useable.
