Pros: good facilities, clean rooms Cons: nothing around the hotel area, boasts proximity to airport but it is not that close and airport transfer is over priced, Water bottles in room cost a fee. I was unimpressed when a staff member called my room at 10pm to ask my nationality and some other questions for no apparent reason when I had been asleep as I had a very early flight.

If you ever have a night stop over in Istanbul between flights this is the place to stay. Affordable, short distance, service is excellent, great food and even a pool for the hotter days. Nothing around the hotel but it beats travelling all the way into the city. If we have a Istanbul stop over we will stay again

quiet hotel but not convenient with heavy luggage

Spacious and clean room. Friendly service of hotel and restaurant staff. Room a bit worn done, room safe without function. The hotel is very quietly placed closed to a forest, even has a pool. However, as it is placed in a hilly area, the rooms not always on the elevator level and luggage has to been carried up or done some steps.

Terrible night. AC didn’t cool enough. The AC goes off when you step out, so it gets extremely hot. Bed very hard. Small sheets. Dark hallways, the lights are motion activated so its dark ahead of you. Doesn’t feel safe. Many many men seating outside the building. Strange property

The quality of the room and property was very poor. And the first room they put us in was a maze to get to up various flights of stairs and the staff seemed confused why 2 girls with large luggage wouldn’t like this experience. I expect a lot more out of a Sheraton, regardless of where it’s at but this rating is agnostic and indicative that I think a holiday inn is much better than this hotel

The property is a convenient stay close to the airport. Perfect for 1 night stay. They need to do something about their restaurant: the service is incredibly slow, the food is not great.

Location was very good. Check-in and lobby staff were helpful. Although property has a pleasant layout and good location it is poorly maintained and the furnishings and appointments are tired and badly in need of a refresh. Breakfast buffet is served 6:30 to 10:30. We went at 9:00. Entire display was picked over and sorely in need of tiding up and replenishment, but by far the worst was the myriad of ants crawling around the food counters. Poorest breakfast buffet we have encountered in over 30 years of travel.
