Apenas 2 elevador ,senfo que 1 ainda estava com problemas, além fo congestionamento no elevador, as camareiras com aqueles carrinhos enormes ainda usavam o nosso elevador. No quarto nem uma agua mineral para os hospedes,pois se tiver que tomar um remedio ate conseguir descer com o elevador nesse estado, a pesdoa desanima.Eu fiquei no 13 ° andar desci de escada 2 vezes.Nesse hotel nunca mais.

Problema de elevador
No geral o hotel é bom, quarto amplo, confortável e limpo. Café da manhã bem servido, fiquei 7 dias e era as mesmas opções diariamente, mas tudo bem gostoso e fresquinho. O único problema é o elevador, para sempre de funcionar e não dá vazão para o tamanho do hotel, as vezes esperava 15 min pra subir ou descer, teve dias que desci pela escada.

Gostei da experiência, ótimo custo/beneficio, elevador quebrado com 1 só funcionando, duas vezes fui de escada para o quarto, hotel lotado, sem condições. Pode melhorar nesse aspecto, instalações antigas.
