Not what they advertise.
The properties marketing states ‘have a soak in the hot tub in the evening or a dip in the pool in the morning’. The hot tub hasn’t worked for over two years and the pool is empty and filthy. We picked this hotel expecting a soak in the hot tub. Please amend your marketing.

Very comfortable and clean unit. Even the heater and electric blanket was turned on in advance for us. Being so close to the road, the traffic was a bit noisy all night.

Booked this motel because it has a spa. But although the website and sign on road and guest information book in room states the spa is available between 4pm and 10pm we were told at 6:30pm that the people in spa atm were the last ones and we wouldn't be able to have a spa. After we challenged this decision several times we were told at 7pm that we could have a spa for half an hour if we hopped in now. Website, road sign and guest book also state sky tv is available... this is not true there is no sky tv
