Prezados, eu e minha família agradecemos o excelente atendimento de todos vocês. A equipe toda desde a recepção, higienizadores, manutenção... foram todos muitos educados, prestativos e respeitosos. Tivemos uma extraordinária estádia, embora o clima de chuva não tenha colaborado, mas pudemos desfrutar do ambiente com piscina térmica. Todos vocês foram Incríveis. E já foram super recomendados. O local é Ok, no entanto, se você for sem carro e pegar os quartos dos blocos 600 terá que subir vários degraus para chegar ao destino. Acho que o hotel poderia colocar isso na descrição da hospedagem. O atendimento é muito bom, equipe bem simpática e prestativa, a vista do restaurante panorâmico é excelente. Cabe elogiar a velocidade em que resolveram um problema que tivemos com o chuveiro, resolveram tudo rapidamente. PS: levem repelente, o hotel, por estar localizado no morro e em meio a mata, tem muito mosquito.
