Clean, friendly, helpful. This place is walking distance from the beach and surrounded by places to eat hangout and enjoy. Loved it.

The room was dirty, including the bedsheets and the floors. The window in the bathroom open up to an area where people were preparing food and the walls were way too thin. Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, tampa da privada quebrada.

Cuidado com a eletricidade
A estadia foi okay, mas quando coloquei meu celular pra carregar levei um choque enorme, queimou a tomada e meu carregador e ainda quase me machuquei. Comuniquei a recepção e ela disse que iria contatar o gerente e nada foi retornado até agora. O hotel ficou de cobrir com os gastos do carregador e até agora nada, nem um pedido de desculpa ou explicação, Cuidado com q eletricidade desse hotel. Não ficarei nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Location was great. Staff not friendly or helpful. Did not take my messages n phone in room didn't work n they didn't fix it. Also I think one of cleaners stole my iPhone. I never write bad review but this hotel was worst

A localizacao do hotel é otima, porem precisa de melhorias no banheiro, falta de ducha higienica, pia extremamente pequena, espaco de banho apertado sem chuverinho. O colchao da cama é mole, pedimos a troca do colchao mas eles preferiram nos mudar de apartamento (foram atenciosos) O cafe da manha é bom!

Sobre o quarto limpeza muito ruim e nem um cheirinho de desinfetante passa,a tv do quarto tem smart tv pra assistir YouTube mas não funciona fui tentar liga pra recepção não funciona o interfone tive que que desce e fala foi trocou a tv mas o cara da manutenção e se que quis configurar a tv pro wi-fi,pra mim não foi bom o café da manhã foi bom só isso pra mim foi uma decepção.

Avaliação do hotel : Quarto: grande . Banheiro : água quente tanto no chuveiro e na torneira; bom fluxo. Cama : macia e grande . Região: boa , perto de bastante comércio e da praia, rua não é silenciosa devido a movimentação da mesma . Café da manhã : muito bom . Roupas de cama e toalhas : boa. Ponto negativo : quarto não tem aquecedor batemos 4 C• de madrugada e foi bem difícil . Mais nos deram mais cobertas . Elevadores : 02 . Pequenos . Avaliando o custo e benefícios é muito bom . Só não falo que é excelente pois falta aquecedores , e por se tratar de uma região SUL , não tem como não ter . Atendimento excelente . Limpeza muito boa , funcionários prestativos. Sim indico o hotel , café da manhã é excelente . Não voltaria a me hospedar no inverno e nem outono . Pois e brabo e com criança não rola . Mais é um ótimo custo e benefício
