Very nice stay
Very nice stay- enjoyed the eggs and sausage made fresh and the hot coffee. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and very accommodating. The room was warm and clean!

Clearly intending to do a bare minimum of service to still be called a hotel, but falling short. Breakfast was a joke -- barely stocked, not nearly enough seating. Charged $225 a night for barely $100 service.

Staff were very friendly and wanting to be helpful. But hotel was not kept up especially for a BestWestern plus site. Stains on carpet (hallway and rooms), broken down equipment, dresser in room had pack of tissues under it to try and keep drawer from coming open. Overall staff seemed to do the best they could with the resources they had. I just expected more from Best Western.

Very outdated, pictures online do not reflect what you see in the hotel. The breakfast was very sad, being to many best westerns with breakfast included this was one of the worst ones. Coffee machine didn’t work, pancake machine didn’t work. Limited food for the whole hotel. Room needed basic attention and maintenace (water leaking in the shower) . Elevator didn’t work past the second floor, the door wouldn’t open and you had to go through the cleaning/service area.
