It's convenient Sray at airport of Mexico city. But, make sure you do not stay at a room next to the elevator (E. G. 7175 in the new wing). The door of the room did not insulat should at all. Very noisy and for a long duration when guests stood there to talk whole waiting for the lift. It happened to me at 3 am just now. People do check out real early to catch a 5 am flight. The hotel can fix this by either putting in a door between the lift and rooms or by replacing the door of the room closest to the lift with better sound proof material - a easy fix. I still recommend this hotel for airport overnight stay, but will try to stay away form the rooms next to the lift.

The redeigned rain shower, with only half wall and no door or curtain, totally wets the bathroom marble floor...leaving it very slippery. From the rotten baseboards i saw, this must happen often. :(

The best thing is its location. I was worried about how I would get to Terminal 1 from #2 but it was incredibly easy. As well, the hotel has an office in the non secure area of terminal 2. Very easy transfer

Excellent staff. Very courteous and polite. Always ready to help. The convenience of being connected to Terminal 1 was a huge plus for us. Great dining options and room service. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
