The first room we were given was not properly cleaned but had been marked as clean in the system. Thankfully we were able to get a new room no problem. However, when we went to leave the room we noticed the door was not latching so the locking mechanism wouldn't work unless you used the deadbolt. It was okay for the two days we stayed but check to make sure your doors actually close!

My husband decided to take me out for an overnight out of town to Jackpot. We stayed at the four corners or four squares. I think it was. It was the worst place we’ve ever stayed at, the bed was hard as a rock. The rooms are tiny and not clean the area that they serve food and casino was all dirty Was not a good stay at all. We woke up at 5am and headed home. Never again.

This is by far the best Value in Jackpot. There rooms are clean and cozy the Casino & Bar are good sized and the restaurant is really good.

We had a great time!
We really wanted to stay at Cactus Petes because of the pool, its newer, etc, but this place was available and our experience was great! There's something quaint and home like about this place that just makes it feel comfortable. It's older, but it's well-maintained, we never heard our neigbors (despite the parking lot being full), and it was comfortable. It's also within walking distance from all of the bigger casinos. The restaurant in the hotel was referred to as one of the best multiple times and when we tried it, found it to be true. Customer service was good.

The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower squirted outside the tub . You couldn’t stop it. I tried to call the office and they didn’t answer their phone.
