Tv didn't work think it was batteries on the remote but they didn't have any or offer to do anything. They were friendly just didn't know anything. Beda were hard and pillows flat. We reserved a 3 king rooms and got 1 king and 2 queen.

Nice employees
First the staff was very nice, my room keys wouldn't work after I haul my bags to the upstairs room. Left my bags in the hallway ran down got new room and keys. Tv was white fuzzy to watch, again front desk said they were are all like that due to some bad weather, then 9:15 pm people in the room above me with children rain back and forth for 45 min. The phone in my room didn't connect to the front desk so I went back down a 3rd time and as if they could mention something at around 10 pm, to give the kid(s) time to settle. My room was clean and bedding were clean, the breakfast was good and the price was good.

No hot water
The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our room had no hot water. The attendant was good about changing our room. It had been a long day of driving and having to pack up and move rooms was a pain, but at least we could shower comfortably.

There’s a sign in the lobby that states “No refund after check in”. Take heed fellow travelers. If I had the opportunity to see my room before checking in, I would have gladly taken a refund and tried my luck somewhere else. The carpet in the room I had was absolutely disgusting. It should have been replaced not weeks or months, but years ago. The bathroom sink faucet was “vintage” and needs to be replaced. Actually the entire room could use a makeover. I was surprised to learn this is a Choice Hotels property (at least that was on the bottom of the receipt). I’ve stayed in other Choice Hotels properties (Boise and St. George) and they were much better experiences.

First room we were put in, the ceiling started leaking over the toilet. Not sure if it was toilet water from the room above us, or leaky pipes or what. We were then moved into a room where the heat wasn’t working. Cold air is all it would blow, and the temperature outside was below freezing. The sheet and skinny blanket on the bed was not sufficient either. Didn’t want to move again…time was getting late in the night. ‘Free breakfast’ amounted to white bread, waffles, or fruit loops. Coffee and orange juice were the only good things. This property is getting completely rundown. We have stayed there in the past, but we won’t be staying there again!

The room seem like it has not been updated in 20 years I am 511. The showerhead hit me in the chest. The parking lot has no working lights whatsoever I reserved a king bed when I got there they said they had none. There was only three cars in the parking lot. I ended up with two double beds

The floor carpeting was so dirty I could not look at it. One of the towels was dirty, too. The hotel is shabby. Breakfast fruit offering was one banana and one apple. Cheaper to book straight with hotel than with Expedia. Wouldn't stay again. Nice staff.

There was dried blood on the carpet outside the bathroom, a guitar pick on the floor in the same area, the drywall was crumbling onto the carpet and the tv did not work well.. very staticky. Noise from the floor above very loud and it was very difficult to control the temperature in the room

Property is listed as a casino hotel but the casino is closed and torn up. There was a grown man at the desk that spoke minamal english and we were mostly cheked in by their working young teenage child. Their even younger daughter (maybe 10 ish) was also helping with hotel work when we went by laundry. Then insetead of putting us in a veiw room or something to compensate, they put me (in a wheelchair) on the 3rd floor facinv a wall of dirt. The room itself was satisfactory, however, with the casino being gone, now they dont have a resteraunt as advertized as well. So you have to drive to a different hotel to get food or any amenities or entertainment. Hotel is not as advertised. Dont recomend unless all you are looking for is a bed. They are the same price as the other hotels but with non of the amenities. Book one of the others in town. You will be happier.
