The rooms were not dirty, per se, but definitely old and worn down. Stained carpets, rust and water build up stains in the bathroom. Our room had mold around the ceiling in the bathroom, and most of the fixtures were hanging on for dear life. The AC unit was pretty dirty and rickety. Fridge and desk were nice! Staff was friendly. Asked us to sign paperwork and didn’t really give us a chance to read it before they whisked it away and gave us the room key. For Jackpot, the price is a steal for overnight stay on a weekend if you don’t care about room condition. It’s not a bad place, it just needs a major facelift!

Hotel was very basic and dated. Served out purposes for passing through town and staying one night. Can’t speak to the breakfast. Unfortunately there was a power outage in the whole area so it wasn’t served. But staff did a great job taking care of people staying at the hotel!

No electricity!!
Dark & gloomy. Management/Desk person not helpful. The only reason we got this room was because there was no other rooms available. There was no electricity at all. Came to a very dark hotel lobby, parking lot, no elevator, dark stairway, just horrible. ICANT BELIEVE THIS HOTEL HAD NO GENERATOR BACKUP! I want my money back. Since there was no electricity that meant no TV, refrigerator, microwave, charging station for cell phone. A big disaster!

Not luxury, but not the worst.
Got the Suite hoping it was better than the king room we’d been in before. Room was good size, had the bed and a small sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Had a small kitchenette with sink, counter/island, small frodge, microwave and dishwasher. Pillows were hard as rocks and blankets were scratchy feeling. Entire building smelled of stale cigarettes, and I’m a smoker so may be too much for a non smoker to handle. Customer service was not friendly, but not rude either so it was fine. He was fast checking us in but would not budge and allow early check in, not even 30 mins early. There was breakfast offered, I believe waffles, fruit, cereal, ect., but did not try it. All we needed was a place to sleep traveling thru and this place was just that and for 1/3 of the price of the nicer one across the street. Will stay again as long as i remember my own pillow and blanket.

Black out at the bates motel.
The power went out at 900 pm and i had to leave. The only person there was a guy that was sleeping when i got there and he only spoke broken English and did not understand what i was saying to him. There was no secondary lock on the room door. Had to pack up and leave with the light on my phone.

The room was dirty, carpets had spots on them. The picture frames on the walls had NO pictures in them. The sink faucet was extremely hard to turn on & off and was loose. The balcony was covered in von webs. The power went out and stayed out All nite. there was No power in the whole hotel or parking lot The casino & bar was closed We will Never stay here again!

When checking in, hotel was unable to give previously-requested lower level room, even though hotel was mostly empty. AC wasn't turned on in any room - we had to try 3 rooms before we found one where AC worked, and it took a long time to cool off. Casino and bar are permanently closed and being used as storage areas. No working ice maker in hotel. Breakfast was just a bit of cereal and bread - no proteins. Coffee tasteless. Desk guy was friendly but unhelpful. Room was clean but very dated. Would not stay here again.

Just don’t do it. We stayed on the way thru just for a place to sleep and get going. Picked this Econo Lodge over one of the Casinos due to free breakfast for kids. It was only waffles, toast, or cereal. They did best they could to have it clean but it smelled old/smoke/ must, carpets stained and worn, beds were horrible, etc.

This hotel bbn is essentially closed. Inside everything is boarded up and closed off with caution tape. litetally. Half of the light bulbs are missing, its dark, stinks. Stains and bugs everywhere. it is not fit for being called a hotel. I dont know how they maintain a permit. We didnt stay, they would not refund me. Im filing a claim with my credit card.

No clean!
We've stayed here before numerous times, idk if it's new ownership or management but the room was dirty. There were flies and bugs in the bathroom. The sheets were static, you could actually see the sparks everytime you moved in the dark. The breakfast was juice and waffles, no variety like before. I got an upgraded room cause we always stay there, i think this will be our last time there.

The good points. The bed appeared to be clean, there was great AC and a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise his hotel was very, very run down. The carpets were filthy. The shower curtain was filthy. There was hair of unknown origin all over the bathroom floor and no one with a vacuum. There used to be a casino and restaurant that now have homemade closed signs and tape across the doors. The apple juice at the breakfast had huge brown floating chunks in it. The TV didn’t work and there wasn’t a replacement. There was what appeared to be mold in the corner of the room where it looked like a dog peed on the wall. The walls were filthy and needed to be painted. The fan in the bathroom was completely clogged with dirt. The gentleman at the front desk who was literally the only worker we saw 24/7 during our three day stay, tried to be helpful but he spoke limited English, was running the desk, making beds, setting out the food for breakfast, doing laundry, etc. The price on Orbitz was listed as $72 but with taxes and fees was $118 and definitely not worth the price. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the years and this is the first poor review I have ever written.

Upon arrival the clerk didn't speak English so communication was difficult. We were given a room that had a strong urine smell. We requested a new room. Nothing available at our price. We asked for a refund and he put us in a different room. Smelled better but no cable on the TV. Breakfast had cereal but no milk. Toast but no butter. Would not recommend to anyone.
