Room fan was in disrepair and kept making weird sounds that woke us up all night. No do not disturb signs for the door and housekeeping tried to enter our room 3 times within half an hour even though we kept telling them we were still sleeping. We had been out late and were trying to rest up before the drive home. We finally just got our things and left because they wouldn’t go away.

Absolutely horrible,dirty stained carpet,crumbs of food on counters upon arrival,mold around tub, carpet worn out and torn! Didn't stay the night! Still waiting for refund from Expedia! They told us to leave and now won't refund the money! Don't use Expedia!!!

The stay was good. TV didn't work. They gave me batteries for the remote. The remote did work, but no TV. We got in late each night and only wanted to watch TV for a short time. After the first night we got the batteries. That night no TV told clerk in the morning when we left. The back door was unlocked all the time. There was some trash in a container by the back door that was not picked up.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms were large and spacious. Well designed. Entire facility was clean and well-maintained. The complementary breakfast was wonderful. The only less than perfect mark we gave was for eco-friendliness. And That had to do with all the disposable foam and plastic cups and plates and knives and forks. Would’ve liked to of seen plastic or compostable materials for the breakfast. Or something that was going to be reused.
