Overall great stay. Only complaint is the hall carpets are very dirty. I couldn’t find my slippers and walked to the pool barefoot. When I can back, the soles of my feet were black. I would say a good carpet cleaning is due.

This was our first time staying here. The staff was awesome and very friendly. Our room was very tidy. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the pool. It’s older and needs to be renovated the chlorine burns your eyes as soon as you walk in, I’m assuming because of the not so big enclosed space where its located. We did however enjoy our time spent in our hotel room though.

We stay at this hotel every year in July while visiting family. It seems to be declining in maintenance & upkeep. We were unable to adjust the temperature control to a comfortable setting and keep it constant, it kept shutting off. It was either too hot or too cold. The sink was very slow to drain. Carpet was in need of cleaning. On the other hand, the staff was awesome, very personable and helpful.

Staff is always kind and on the ball. I come to shop at my friend’s boutique every 3 or 4 months. I could stay somewhere else cheaper but I know my room is going to be clean and customer service is great. The cleaning staff and gal that works with the breakfast buffet are always accommodating as well.
