The lobby was catfished. It looked pretty decent. Stephanie who helped us was nice. We went to our room and it was horrible! It smelled like cigarette smoke and mold battling which was going to stink more. First thing we checked was the bed. Sheets were white and clean. Carpet was Nasty. Bathroom was old but somewhat clean. Had flip flops on looked down had FLEAS on me. Went out and went to desk. She offered to move us and I said NOPE! She said they would refund me. We will see.
I rated this place on their website. Man, I was appalled by the state of the room. The bed had big hole in the middle of it, we had to go to Walmart to get vinegar and clean the shower head. So I don’t even need to tell anything else. The tub was just nasty. We were supposed to start 2 nights, but checked out the next day. We booked it for convenience because we had a comedy show in the same building, never again.

Check in was a horrible experience. It took 55 minutes to check in. 55 minutes to get a key. That's horrible service. Also checking out there was no customer service either, although I did not have to wait 55 minutes to check out.
I should have read the reviews! The worst thing about my stay was the smell and then i took a clorox wipe to the nightstand and it was literally black with my hand print on the wipe . Thats bad ! All the surfaces were the same.The best thing was the shower which was ablessing after staying here.Sorry Ramada we wont be staying again.
My check-in experience was confusing, as the lobby had very loud music and there was no one at the reception desk. I had to look around to find someone to assist me. The room I received had a bad smell, probably due to the old and stained carpet. The bathroom was outdated, with a bathtub that had a dirty bottom and black grout. It was impossible to take a shower without wearing sandals. For the price charged, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but at the very least, the place should be clean and have a more pleasant appearance. I will not return to this hotel.
There were no room keys for any rooms , we had to be let in via screw driver as well as all other rooms.
We had to switch rooms multiple times due to power outage in room and backed up toilet. There was stains on the bedding , we were told there were no replacement sheets or bedding available.
We couldn’t attend the comedy show due to the fact we felt unsafe to leave anything in the room unattended.
In fact while standing outside at car , someone walked in our room and shut the door with our belongings inside.
Usually I stay here a lot. The second time I've stayed there recently and once again the AC did not work in my room , keys did not work. Anytime you had to get into your room you had to call main so they could come in and break into your door to let you into your room
I tried three different rooms. Key wasn’t working at none of the rooms. When the key did open . It was a one time use, meaning someone has to stay in the room. It took 2hours with all of this. Rooms was nasty. One room had roaches. It’s time for them to remodel and fumigate this hotel.
Horrible experience. Was nobody in the front desk when we arrived, they didn’t know about my reservation, room key didn’t work, have to wait for another room, no rollaway as requested, one towel in the bathroom (we were 5), leaking ac, wet carpet, moldy smell, roaches.
I’m still waiting for a refund!!!!
No one was at the front desk to check me in had to wait over 10min to get check-in. Once I get to my room my room key DID NOT work at ALL. Had to go back to the front office, she rekeyed the card and came with me to see if the key would work. But no luck with the key. The lady at the front desk said she would bring me back my card in a few min. Well she did not. If the keys are not working why rent the rooms OUT.
