The Door keys don’t work unless staff let you in. Mold under sink an where towels placed. Mold under refrigerator area an in lots of places. No ventilation in entire room. The toilet chain was off twice. The carpet was never vacuumed an needs replaced. The manager Stephanie is long over due an needs to be replaced with a professional attitude towards her staff an customers. The hotel is very old an rusted literally. The fee is overpriced extremely for good an service. The maintenance man that helped us after the one who couldn’t bend down was helpful but overworked an under appreciated it seemed. The structure is shameful by the owners an

First off when I got there at 3:00 p.m. my room was not ready came back at 3:30 they gave me a key that didn't work I tried three different keys and the same room didn't work they sent me to another room it did not work I did not get into my room until 5:30 6:00 and then when I got in that room my toilet was messed up they came n plunged it but didnt clean up the mess.. I had a 2 day stay. The only good thing was the pool. Called the so call manager but she bever answered or called me back. Please do better..
I don't usually write reviews.. I run a company in the UK auditing customer service so it's too much like work.
The hotel is a little old and tired, but it's clean and has everything you need.
What does need mention is the breakfast. I didnt have high expectations, but the food was excellent... It was fresh, tasty and well presented. What really impressed me was the lady running the restaurant. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. We saw her wiping tables that looked perfectly clean and constantly checking the food supply was topped up from the kitchen. She spoke to all guests checking they had everything they need and was a perfect host.
Her pride in her job wasnt driven by a pay check or because "the boss" was watching, but because this was HER domain and she really cared for it.
It shows that job satisfaction can be found in any job if you do it well.
Even though she was doing a great job, if I ran Ramada I would take her out of there and put her in charge of staff training!

Stairways were slippery when the children came out of the pool and the breakfast was very poor
We didn't like anything about the property. Not well represented by website photos. Very old with dirty carpet, mold in bathroom, toilet leaking onto floor, and door would not seal (could see daylight next to door jam). My wife put towels on the floor to cover the stains.
This property was nasty. Not in a good part of town. It felt unsafe. We stayed for an hour in our room and then we left. It was very outdated. Stains on the bed.
