When I checkedin, front counter confirmed that my room is smoking free and singled king side bed with 1 person for breakfast. When I walked into room#1809, it turned up to be a twin size bed. I went down to front counter, explained and request to change room. Another front counter staff attended to me, showed a very low unhappy face, as though I was creating trouble, very unwilling comply. But I told her, I asked for king size bed, why gave me a double bed with 1 breakfast? Does it make sense? Eventually I was told to return to room, wait for waiter to send me a new room keys. I have been staying in this hotel everytime I traveled to Jakarta, I notice their service is getting bad to worst. If it is not close to my partner's office, I would have stayed in another hotel. The staff attitude in this hotel getting worse. The better ones have resigned from this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel for a few years, I saw the drastic change of staff. Everytime, new staff joined, their service standard drops. And you call this GRAND MECURE KEMAYORAN, what a mismatched. Disappointed.
