The smell in the rooms is absolutely horrible. Smells like every room used to be smoking and they turned them into non-smoking. When we asked for a refund they ignored the question and said they can’t do anything and that we have to contact hotels.com. I don’t recommend and will never go back there.

The Manager of the hotel gave us an upgrade for a reasonable price as my mother was disabled. Exceptional customer service with great staff and facilities. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to Wyndham Casablanca.
