Fun family hotel. A bit loud in the hallways for our little dog (dachshund) who was nervous. Our room was located at a hallway intersection. Also the back parking lot was very icy, almost dangerous.

Terrible check in. Sign out front says "Check in at Alpine Buliding 50m". So everyone walks to that property and tries to check in. Once there you are told for the Woodlands building you have to check in there. Simple fix, make your sign say "Check in for the Allpine building at the Alpine building" And when I want to work out and the cleaning cart is there saying temporarily closed for cleaning maybe the cleaning guy should be cleaning and not scrolling on his phone sitting on the treadmill.

We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it very much. Good accommodation for a good price. This time, there was construction taking place in the wing that has an east facing view of the mountains, this meant that our view was over the parking lot & staff quarters. Not quite what we had hoped, but understandable.

We stayed in the new Alpine wing. The king suite with kitchenette was great and gave us an option to eat in/prepare our own food when we didn’t feel like eating out at any of the restaurants. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. The seating area was comfortable enough and allowed us to have friends over to our room to play boardgames.
