Flea issue.
My fiancée was biten by fleas. We did not have pets but advised by Dr that she had been biten by fleas. So if you're traveling without pets and don't want or are allergic fleas probably don't want to stay here. The room was clean bed was comfortable.

Not a comfortable place to stay.
We were in town for a college orientation for my child and had limited options as there was a major concert in town. Having a relatively high star and customer based rating, we stayed one night and checked out next morning. This place sketched me out all night. Walking in, there were stains on the drapes, the chair was destroyed, and a laughable safe that had no door. I definitely wont be back and I would've recommend unless you just want a hole in the wall olace to rest your head.

Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked. Our room smelled like a pet had camped there for sure! The A/C worked about half. I reserved thru a third party & it was non- refundable or we would have moved on down the highway. If you are traveling with pets it would be ok but next time I’ll research for a no pets hotel. Lesson learned! Glad we were just traveling through.

Over powering deodorizer
My stay was not bad. While the room was clean there was a little too much deodorizer used in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. So I would say the Oder keeps me from giving 5 stars.

Clean rooms and centrally located
This is a great place to stay in Johnson City, especially for the price point. Its pretty centrally located and gives quick access to many restaurants, shopping and even the mall. We’ve stayed here a couple of time and enjoyed both stays. The rooms are small, but they’re clean and have all the basic necessities you’d want when traveling. The linens are good, too. But, my favorite part is the air conditioning. Our first room was so cold you could hang meat in it, which is absolutely perfect for us. We had the best couple of nights sleep in a long while, because the room was so dark and cool. Bravo! We will be back next weekend!
