I have booked this hotel several times and I can tell you that the staff takes very good care of the property. Very clean , very comfortable. Checking in was easy and the the front desk clerk is very pleasant. The breakfast was good .

There were access problems in the accessible room I booked, including no lowered peephole, no lowered extra lock, very difficult to reach curtain controls and impossible to reach showerhead. There were also few gluten free breakfast items.

Everything was great except there was an issue with the internet when we initially arrived. It worked for smartphones but struggled with our xbox’s and laptops. After calling customer support they fixed it within a few hours. I was happy with the response time and the outcome. Rooms were clean and staff was extremely friendly.
