We arrived at 1:45 to check in which I understand was a little early. The room we had reserved was not ready yet and the desk clerk said it would be about 20 minutes. I asked if there were any other rooms available and they did have a regular double ready which we did take. I noticed they had a note that said there was no breakfast until further notice. When I questioned that and asked if there was any discount for not having breakfast she proceeded to say no that’s why we have that sign so you know before you check in. Well, considering I had already paid through Expedia, it would take some time to get reimbursed and also if we didn’t stay, the issues of having to find another place to stay. I just felt like the clerk was kind of rude and not very accommodating. The elevator also appeared to need some maintenance.
