I travel for work a lot. I always pay at property. They put a hold on my personal card without my knowledge. I spoke to 3 different people and couldn’t get a reason other than it might take 4-5 days to come off. Will they pay all the over draft fee will not stay there again.

Hotel had a big water mess in the lobby. Ceiling collapsing due to big water leaking that had been leaking for awhile. Rooms were older and had a musty smell.

Excellent staff. Hotels.com messed up our Reserva.
The hotel was good. The desk clerk was excellent she went out of her way to help with our stay. Hotels.com messed up our reservation by booking a handicapped room that was not available the deck clerk honored the reservation. The only problem was there was not a roll in shower so my wife was unable to shower that night.

Worth the Money
The hotel is new and has all of the amenities that most hotels do. I used the onsite gym every day of my stay. The customer service was great from the front desk specialists to the waitresses and servers who worked in the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
