5 stars for the hot water pools but the hotel really needs some love. Old gross carpet, dated furniture from the 1980’s, a terrible old mattress that was so uncomfortable to sleep on I slept on the sofa, broken light in the bathroom, outside my room there was a broken water drain that was filled with water, walking tiles broken around pools, the cement around the pools are cracked and in need of repair, scratched graffiti in the sauna etc. on top of being in need of repair- the hotel needs to work on service. The front desk insisted we use our room towels for the pools and was incredible rude about giving us towels for the pools. It is weird they we had to turn in our towels at the front desk to get new towels- it’s a spa- just have towels outside by the pool! There is also no service outdoors for drinks and I do wish they had rules prohibiting music in the pools. Several groups had music playing loudly in the spas. Overall great place to chill out and enjoy the hot water but crappy hotel otherwise.

Great stay for the price. The hotel is a bit dated, but perfectly comfortable. The staff are very nice, especially at the restaurant. I had a massage and facial and both were excellent. The water is lovely.

Roaches and cold pools
The rooms have roaches. Bad. I couldn't use the restroom overnight unless my husband went in to check for bugs first. He also got stuck in the elevator. And the pools weren't hot. A few were warm at best. Some were out of order. We had to order food from Walmart because I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen since they had roaches. I guess Crystal assumed the a Walmart bags meant we were poor. When I called about my deposit being returned, there were racist or classist overtones, with her assuming we used a government card to book. We've been going here for years, so they can see how we book. We used an app because booking directly we were subjected to unfair fees.

The New Year’s Eve party was not that good the Buffett was served late and there was a free for all when the food came out no service and not an orderly line there was lot of yelling so it made the experience not pleasant

I was really impressed with Miracle Springs Resort. The rooms were great, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all outstanding. Special thanks to Gloria at the Front desk for helping me with a special need (I had my mom with me and she’s almost 100. I had to bring her to a doctor which Gloria assisted me with a wheelchair & kindness) Also Leslie the lifeguard (among other responsibilities was super helpful. She knows so much about the resort, the hot springs, the cold springs, the sauna….she was able to answer many technical questions I had. This place is amazing!

The maintenance crew that takes care of the Miracle Springs resort are phenomenal individuals. Everything they are tasked to do to keep the springs miraculous for us folks is amazing. However, desk staff could use a little extra help in customer service. Acknowledging someone’s presence goes along way, even if you’re very busy. A quick, “I’ll be right with you”. Lets me know I’ve been seen.
