The listing was accurate. The place is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Bring your own coffee if you are getting groceries before you check in, there were no leftovers.
The location is good. You can walk to the few bar / restaurants in town. If you are skiing, there is no place I can see in June Lake that you can walk to the slopes, but the drive is 2 minutes and parking is easy.
The place was "clean" but there was a lot of dust. Also, the carpet had several stains on it, it needs a good carpet cleaning. There is also carpet in the upstairs bathroom, which I had not seen in a rental. Suggest to replace with tile.
The biggest negative was the internet. First, they do NOT tell you the network name in the email, paperwork, or signs in the townhome. There are at least 10 networks you can see. The password is provided, but I only found what I hoped the network name was on a piece of scratch paper in the notebook with visitor info. That is easy to fix - put it on a placard and in the written instructions. Also, the internet was intermittently slow with some connection issues. Also an easy fix - upgrade the speed and get a better coverage network device. We just used our mobile network instead as a work around.
Check in / out is fairly easy, you just pull the key out of a box after hours in an office about a block away. Check out you just drop it off same place. The one email I sent was responded to quickly.
I would stay again because the price / value was good for a 2 BR/2 BA place. So, it is 4 stars for what it costs.
