Homestead Stay was Wonderful.
Loved our stay at the Homestead. Will definitely stay here again. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous and very clean The swimming pool and pool area is beautiful. Also enjoyed golfing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Hidden gem!
Randomly chose this resort during our trip to Utah, we ended up saying two extra nights! Staff was kind and helpful from the front desk to the restraunt! Will be back!

Booked room with King bed for to my height and on check-in discovered not available... Expedia not able to cancel transaction without penalty, decidedly UNFAIR

There’s a lot of construction going on to renovate the property. I definitely think it will be pretty nice in the future but for now, it all felt half done. The property is huge. There’s a ton of walking to get to your room, depending on where you’re located on the property. No one offered to help with bags. We had the premium king room which was very spacious. Had a sink and mini fridge and a fold out couch and a neat little reading nook. The walls are pretty thin. We could hear the people in the adjoining room. Our TV didn’t work, the front desk did send someone out to fix it, and he stated they had been having problems with this unit. He was able to fix it and it worked for about 10 minutes then went out again and it wasn’t worth trying to fix again. We also tried to turn the AC down all the way as it was pretty warm, but that didn’t really help. It took forever to cool down, we eventually just opened the windows as it got cold at night, but then you have to hear everyone walking by. One of the largest issues is the bedroom. There’s a nice large half moon window that lets in the beautiful natural light, unfortunately there’s no cover or curtain for it. So at night all of the ambient light from the buildings comes in and there’s no way to sleep in, sunlight comes in as soon as the sun comes up. Overall the property is beautiful, great location in the mountains, it has golf if you’re into that, I think it could be better, but for the price it was just ok.

Beautiful property and convenient coffee shop . We loved swimming in 'the crater' and our children want to come back when the pool construction is finished because the area looks amazing. Great views!

The grounds are cute and charming- they have made drastic improvements. The rooms were nice, pool is very nice but ice cold, not sure how the hot tub qualifies as a hot tub.. it’s cold as the pool, didn’t have smore kits available… nice bit missing the mark on being a great stay. The pool was pretty but literally impossible to get in.

Picture of amazing pool area so that’s why we went. Get there and it’s not even built. Resort said they’ve asked Expedia to take down the picture several times. Had two reservations. One through Expedia and one through resort. Called resort and they said they would cancel my one through Expedia. I asked if they were sure and they said yes and not to worry about it. Apparently they never did. Now I’m getting the run around from Expedia and from the hotel. Each saying the other has to fix it. It has been such a pain. Super disappointed in both companies. Complete false advertisement with the photos of the pool area.

This property is not fully functioning. There are construction fences and work all over the place. We were ensured the pool would open during our stay. After checking in they said it would actually not be opening at all that week (4th of July) and we needed to go to the indoor Zermatt pool. There is no way to reach the front desk from your room. If you call from your own phone, no one answers. No one will respond to the text number on the voicemail either. It felt like the resort was running on bare bones. The family bunk room was nicely decorated, but quite small. The property has a lot of potential but wait a year or two to stay here.

Disappointed- not up to par
Room was remodeled and modern. Extremely comfortable beds. I was disappointed with cleanliness- the sheets in the bunk beds were really dirty- had lots of hair in them. Also the pool showed open and it was not done. Everything was under construction.
