King size room was spacious & comfortable. I didn’t like that you had to walk to the back of the building to get an elevator (esp for those that have a lot of luggage) for the third floor. Overflow parking you have to walk around the building to the entrance. My email says no housekeeping until your third night stay but happy we received housekeeping the two nights we stayed. All in all: 7/10 rating for me.

The restaurant there is amazing, for all meals. You do not have to leave the hotel to find a meal. The front desk staff was amazing friendly and remembered our names. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Pool is a nice touch with the atrium setting.

Love the pool. Service is always great. Always have a great experience here. Only negative was Expedia promised an atrium view but the only view we got was a shipping container. All in all a great stay.

Service was extremely slow in the dining room. Food was good and our waiter was good but kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Also, i have complained before that I hate the liquid soap in the shower. The bottles are impossible to handle with wet, soapy hands. Use bar soap instead.
