Home Away From Home - Beautiful Townhome in the Heart of Mauna Lani

Enjoy the gorgeous Kohala Coast in a large, family friendly townhome at the Mauna Lani Villages. Villages 207 is a 2-story Lehua Model home. It has over 2,100 square feet of space - perfect for the family to spread out and enjoy the comforts of home in a fantastic resort neighborhood close to amazing beaches, restaurants and golf. Villages 207 features beautiful island furnishings, stone tile flooring, vaulted ceilings and a large open-concept ground floor living space with a access to a large covered lanai and grassy yard. The downstairs area has two patios - one large patio with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining set, and another private courtyard lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen area. Villages 207 faces west for guests to enjoy ocean breezes and nightly sunsets.

In addition to the main living space, there is an en suite bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed, as well as a half-bath and laundry room. The upstairs features two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and television. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower, a desk/work space in the bedroom and a spacious covered balcony with partial ocean views. The master bedroom features a grand Tommy Bahama king-size bed and the second bedroom offers two (2) twin beds. Other amenities of the home include wifi throughout, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, carpeted bedrooms, luxury linens and access to a 2-car garage.

The Villages is a gated community at the Mauna Lani Resort, one of the premier oceanfront resorts on the Big Island with 2 championship golf courses. Guests of the Villages enjoy complimentary access to the Amenity complex with a free-form tropical pool, exercise room and community clubhouse. The Shops at Mauna Lani is located next door to the Villages neighborhood, where a grocery, shopping and popular restaurants are only a short walk away. Excellent service, location was a dream

My family stayed here in Nov 2023. We’ve stayed in several similar locations but this one was perfect for our family. The proximity to the pool/gym and grocery store (30 seconds down a trail and 1 min walk to store) was the clincher for our group. It felt like we were in a quiet area removed, yet were really so close! We had one problem day 1 as the coffee machine was missing a lid, but with one quick email a brand new machine was delivered within a hour or so. (Later we found the coffee lid bottom back of dishwasher, so just a fluke it was missing) Excellent and quick customer service. House was super well stocked with boogie boards, 5 great beach chairs, beach toys etc… Kitchen had everything we needed and the lanai was a great place to grill and eat. My only complaint would be the lack of good quality kitchen knives, but what was there did manage the job. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend this listing and know that my family would love to return!

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was as advertised. Check in was simple. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything needed for your family vacation. There is a private beach a very short drive away several other beaches in close proximity including beautiful Hapuna Beach. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool that is directly behind the unit. We enjoyed utilizing the outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend !

This condo is in a great location. Beautiful, safe gated neighborhood close to the best Big Island resorts. Just a few minutes to walk to Foodland and a few shops and restaurants. Very comfortable condo with space to spread out and extra beach/ocean/pool toys in the garage. The included Beach Club access is great. Downstairs dining room carpet is filthy and multiple kitchen and dining surfaces were not clean, hence the reduced star review. Overall a great place to stay. Absolutely recommend the luau at Mauna Kea and the Ocean Sports whale watching boat tour. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great house, convenient location

We stayed here for 12 days over Christmas. The house was large with plenty of room for the five of us. The furniture was sturdy and comfortable while the kitchen was well equipped. We were envious of the size of the dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge honestly! We used the beach chairs in the garage as well as some of the pool toys. The location behind the shops was convenient as well as to the community pool. The only small complaint was that the mattress were too firm for our liking. That might not be an issue for others though. We would stay here again.
