Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Had some loud kids in room across the hall, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Close to Hallmark, which was a huge plus for us.

Our company has an office in the Crossroads area. This is my go to hotel. It’s the perfect business hotel. I love checking in and out on the Hilton app. Easy and fast. Room are a nice size with lots of options and the ability to store and prepare meals.

We booked our stay here over other options because it was a Hilton brand hotel. Unfortunately the amenities were more on par with a Motel 6 or a Best Western. The pool (one of the reasons we booked here) turned out to be smaller than the hot tub in other hotels we have stayed at. The included breakfast was also lacking in options, and ended earlier than expected.
