A kitchen but no dishes, cookware or utensils is pointless. They sell them but that’s ridiculous. I tried 2 times to get makeup remover wipes and ended up waiting 40 minutes only to find they didn’t have them. Refused to switch our ant infested room when we arrived, and then later to give us a late check out after we overslept when we got stranded after a concert the night before. Will never stay at this brand again.

Great place to stay!
I always stay at MyPlace whenever I'm in KC, or Overland Park, Ks. Very consistent quality, comfort, cleanliness. However, this particular visit the facility was full, and I was lucky enough to have a family of Clydesdales above me that didn't stop the ruckus until the wee hours of the morning...even after management paid them a visit. I checked out earlier than planned. But I really do appreciate the staff's effort to make it better!!

Quiet comfy beds staff was great. Just need to fix things (side door card reader dis not work so prop door open if you were coming right back or walk around to front in heat.) Ele tric did not work right in one room had to change rooms
