Clean room and nice check in lady and check out lady . Got there after dark and it looked like it was closed down - very dark - terrible lighting outside and lobby now well lit either

Spent 2 nights here water was never hot, barely lukewarm at most. Tried showering at different times, never helped. Water pressure was also terrible. But if you need a place to sleep, and not shower, its perfect, but your car would be much cheaper.

We got in late and tired. The hotel felt warm and cozy. We were pleased with our room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Very affordable price for staying over night for an early class the next day. No one was at the desk when I got there or checked out. Had to wait several minutes for person to arrive.

Positives: An excellent value for the price. Clean. The only hotel in Topeka close to the airport. The breakfast was basic. The only hot item was the waffles. But it only advertised a continental breakfast and it more than lived up to what was advertised. Negatives: the water pressure on the 3rd floor was very low...virtually non-existent at high use times. It was also lukewarm as best.
