It's fine
The hotel was fine for a couple nights stay. There were no windows in the room so it made for a depressing time waking up. The rooms carpet was quite dirty. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

The hotel location is just beside the main train station and MRT station which is very good and convenient to go around the city from there. However the surrounding area is actually quite old without maintenance. There are a few homeless street sleepers just living outside the hotel. There is no shopping mall around and even not much shops like groceries, as well as restaurants (apart from the fast food ones). The hotel itself is standard. My room is spacious enough but the carpet is a bit filthy. The breakfast is quite simple and Taiwanese style. More choices will be better for the variety of the people.

Great location, about 7 mins walk from Kaohsiung station. Breakfast buffet spread was good for a 3 star hotel. Only thing is room is a little small and housekeeping staff works too loud and disturbed our rest slightly. Overall it was still a pleasant experience.

Good location near the Metro for transit, the surrounding may be improve in the near future due to the construction of the Metro station .. staffs are so helpful and couple speak fluent English. Hotel is well kept and provides laundry machines

快適なホテル
駅前で立地がいい（台鉄駅から3分）。朝食は中華ベースに和食、サラダなどもあり満足感がある。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルよりは余裕があり、快適。スタッフに日本語がわかる。ウオーターサーバーはないが、フロントに言えばマイボトルに飲料水を入れてくれる。

The hotel experience was underwhelming to be frank. It was a decent hotel considering the price, however it did not meet expectstions of 9 reviews that are advertised near the entrance. Unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to compare it to other hotels in Kaohsiung. However, we still feel the following is worth noting: the rooms are quite small with no closet space or little space to place your luggage and the carpet in the first room was stained so we switched rooms (and the second was much better). Nonetheless it is a fine hotel that is walking distance to the kaohsiung station. The people were friendly and accomodated us immediately in a different room when we asked.
