Stayed for three nights. Good location, good breakfast and welcome drinks appreciated. Near train and mrt station, and I went to Liuhe night market every night cause it's less crowded there.
The only thing that I didn't like were some loud people staying at my floor. On the first night I can hear a lady talking on the phone but also shouting for someone to be quiet.
On my 2nd morning, I left the hotel once the loud lady woke up and started talking again 😖
It's not the hotels fault, but if you get loud guest on your floor, it can be pretty annoying. Especially those that talks loudly, and slams the door etc.
In between Famosa Boulevard and Kaohsiung Main Metro. 5min walk to either one if you know the way and Liuhe night market is about 5min walk too which sells food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also jog to Love river and back which is very connected. As it is near to Metro interchange, so getting around town and other states via Metro, TRA and HSR is very convenient. It even have a hot bath to ssothe your aching body.
Everything is perfect except the noise can be a bit interfering for light sleeper because you could hear doors opening and closing from tenants and common toilets.
Stayed at the property along with Single Inn Linsen for a total of 23 Days.

not much not less, despite the random facts of some items are often left in attended but will be resolved on request.
Main down side I felt is in the attitude of the owner of their two properties to my understanding, during my stay I have never encountered the owner approaching any guest dispute the fact that he was on site on a daily basis. It felt as if he was there just too keep an eye on the staff & guests for things that will damage his property, dressed very casually the owners attitude toward guests was the only down side I would say or the somewhat long stay.
2nd time staying here. Room is clean, however I think the bathroom can be cleaner (the shower floor). The staff is kind and quick to respond to any requests. Near the transportation for getting into and out of Kaohsiung.
Also, they served eggs for breakfast this time :D It's usually just toast on my prior stay.
nice stay for solo travelers, including breakfast and supper, location close to Kaohsiung station, lot of restaurant and shops around, walking to train station or night market just 5mins, highly recommend!
I didn't get any windows when the Hotels.com page image clearly had a window. I've never stayed at a place without any windows except for capsule hotels in Japan, so the fact that I was led to a room without a window was a bit jarring. Even the hallway didn't have any windows, and the place really needed ventilation. I could smell everything from the shower the moment I stepped out of the elevator. I might have felt a bit less claustrophobic if they had an air purifier or something. The place itself was very clean, and the staff was attentive. But I still couldn't stop thinking I was misled by the photos on the room info page. When the reviews said they could hear everything I was thinking of hairdryer noise or something. I could hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom when I was in my room. I could even hear people spraying sanitizer onto the toilet. Also, there are two branches of the same chain near each other. Make sure you're going to the right one since the other branch has an underground lobby and you need to carry your luggage downstairs only to be disappointed. Other than that, great wifi, clean shower, and great location.
Spotless clean, great location and friendly staff. For light sleepers please bring earplugs but I didn’t have a problem with noise in general, it’s great!
I’m a frequent visitor to this property, always my choice when visiting Kaohsiung. Everything from check-in to check-out is pleasing. Value! Location! Cleanliness! Ambiance! Great vibe!
