This family friendly ground floor villa is located in the Beach Tower just steps to the perfectly groomed lagoon where fish frolic and green sea turtles play. Open up the beautiful pocket doors to the lanai and your living area increases another 50 feet onto a lush green lawn that's perfect for the kids to run and play on. No worries . . . Everyone's happy!

Your three bedroom, three bath villa features secluded beach front luxury and uncompromising accommodations. Its deluxe furnishings and amenities offer you the perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle and sleeps 8 comfortably. This villa is located in the BEACH TOWER which is closer to the beach/lagoon than the Ocean Tower. No elevators to take or long hallways to trek through to get to the pools or beach. Location, location, location . . . this is one of the closest villas to the beach available for rent here at the Beach Villas.

Here you will enjoy a state of the art fitness center overlooking the courtyard and lap pool, a lagoon style swimming pool, three whirlpool spas and a sand bottom pool for the kids. There is also an owners and guests only beach bar serving up your favorite tropical libations.

Great location and apartment
Beach Villas has been our go-to place for the past ten years, with the exception of the COVID period. This was the first time we stayed in a ground-floor apartment that is really close to the beach and pools for the kids. This time, we had our grandkids (ages 4 and 6) with us. It was nice for them to just step outside from the kitchen door. Overall, the place is fantastic. The only thing I don't like about the management is their exaggerated notices about not parking the car perfectly straight or leaving a hat on the balcony table.

First, Ko Olina Villas location is a great family vacation spot. It is a beautiful spot…quiet with calm beaches. Kio Olina Villas lagoon was the least busiest. Second, the unit was awesome. It was very clean with many cooking tools. The rooms were perfect for our family. Spacious! Loved it!

Perfection in Paradise
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lanelle’s property in Hawaii, and it was nothing short of magical. The rental itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and island charm. The spacious, open-concept living area made us feel right at home with large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, which we enjoyed on the lanai. In every way, the villa exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect retreat that allowed us to experience the best of Hawaii in luxury and comfort. The perfect getaway
Our Family of 5 adults and our 2 yr old granddaughter could not have asked for a more ideal setting with every amenity one could think of. Being on the ground floor was perfect of our granddaughter with the lawn just off the lanai allowing her to romp to her hearts content. The set up of the condo was also ideal with separate climate controls. Access to the beach and the pools/ grills/ bar were also within steps of our condo. Excellent Property!
My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. With two kids, ages 2 and 5, the property location was ideal, being on the ground floor (little one is a climber). The pools and lagoon are minutes away, making our daily swim sessions super easy. We found the property to be clean, well stocked, and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very responsive and checking in was breeze. We most definitely would love to return here one day, everyone had a great time.

This was a beautiful home to stay in .Lovely garden view and steps from beach. This was more than we expected plenty of space for everyone. We all had our own room and bathroom. Everything we needed in kitchen and we had access to grills and more space and kitchen by the pools. We had such a relaxing time and looking forward to next time.

Beautiful Villa with lovely surroundings and the ocean just steps away. The pool and grounds were amazing and we enjoyed the lagoon, perfect for swimming. Perfect Spot for Families with Young Kids!
This condo was perfect for our family- we had a toddler and a baby along with grandparents and there was plenty of space for all of us. This is so well set up for kids with a high chair and booster seat, mini crib, tons of beach toys, and so much more! My daughter loved playing in the large grassy area, which is shaded from the sun for most of the day. This means that the condo itself is a little dark inside, but it was a win for us not having to worry about sunscreen every time we stepped outside! The beach is not crowded at all, and many restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We definitely plan to return!

Perfection!
If you were looking for the perfect place in Ko Olina your search is over! Lanelle was amazing to communicate with and quick to answer any and all questions. The unit seriously has everything you need…if you were thinking of packing it, just leave it home because it’s already there! Perfectly situated on the quiet side of the beach villas, and the grassy area was the perfect space for our boys to play. They loved the pool and it’s just steps from Honu Lagoon (the least busy!) Also a most convenient location if you are looking at exploring the rest of the island. Seriously can’t say enough amazing things about our stay in this comfortable unit. We will definitely be back!

Overall great place to stay. This was condo-style with a low key beach and nice pool. A bit “rules-y” like you would expect with an HOA (think “violations” for towels on the patio and car tire 2mm on the white line parking spot), but that was tolerable. I liked it a lot. Good for families but also walking distance to restaurants and nearby hotels.

Location! Location! Location!
Being on the main floor was ideal with 2 little ones. Having a patio that extended out to the grass was ideal! It extended the living space 2-fold! And getting to the pool and beach was quick and easy. The owners have provided so many accommodations too! From a crib to high chair to toys and books/games. As well as ample beach towels and toys! Lastly the location on the island was ideal to get to all the “must-see sights”! We would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect for our group of 6, ranging in age from 1 to 76! The first floor location was really a benefit and we used the lanai a lot. The kitchen and dining/family area was great. The additional amenities including the crib/sand toys/videos were also greatly appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Big Family Vacation
This was our second time renting from Lanelle. We love her unit because it well stocked with kitchen items, bedding, beach toys, just to name a few. We also love the ground unit and quick access to the pool and beach. Lanelle was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We had 14 people in our family staying in the Beach Villas. Three adults and 3 kids in our unit and next door were the grandparents and cousins and other family in another unit. The Beach Villas are very family friendly. The pool is great for the kids and the lagoons are safe for kids to swim in. We were able to get professional pictures taken just right outside the Villas by the beach. Everything was so amazing about this vacation. We will definitely be coming back to rent with Lanelle!

Tropical Resort Getaway
Our family loved Lanelle’s property. We felt like we were staying at an exclusive resort! Everything was immaculate. The proximity to the lagoon and pool made it possible for us to dip our toes in the water daily! We also loved that it was on the main floor, with a nearby parking space. After a long day of hiking waterfall trails, it was nice to get to the air conditioning quickly and easily. Lanelle and her team were responsive to every question and were gracious enough to return some items my husband left in a dresser after we checked out (including his car keys!) Thank you!
