The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was less than desirable.
This hotel is traditional in so many ways - the rooms, futons, tatami mats and rice paper dividing walls - with that being said, it is amazing! We didn’t use the onsen, so I can’t elaborate on that but I’m very satisfied with our hotel, room and food.
