Staff was great. Room had a couple maintenance issues with sink drain slow and shower curtain rod loose. Elevator was out awaiting repair. (Parts) Overall clean interior. The exterior was in the process of receiving a facelift and I believe staff said the interior was being updated as well. Breakfast was fine. Overall, good value for price.

The front desk person was friendly and quick but the rooms were dirty. We found someone’s dirty underwear and socks in our room.. The pool was very chlorinated and water looked soapy. Breakfast was decent for the price.

Hello, Where to start? No hot water for showers... and 4-legged friends in the bathroom. (see photo) Breakfast included... I would say that you should change your photos on your site... NOTHING is representative. Honestly we had a choice of 3 hotels with similar prices, we selected this one because there were 2 photos of waffles and waffle machines, the children wanted this for breakfast. We were told the first morning, in a stupid tone by someone who seemed to be the manager: « We no longer have this machine and we will never have waffles again, it is not good for you!! » Coffee... there was no more coffee in the 3 carafes, the same person answered another customer: We have 250 people in the hotel at the moment, I am trying to do everything. go see the reception for coffee. There was no more cereal in both vending machines... Bacon made in the microwave :( Never had bacon that bad. No tongs to take the slices of bread, so everyone put their hands in the bags.... yogurt was the only decent food. Anyway, we went to eat elsewhere which cost us $45 per day. Sunday morning 7am, workers were moving and stirring tiles against the exterior wall directly to our room, it was as if they were in the room!! The springs of one of the beds creaked at the slightest movement... We were in 104, it's the bed of the find if ever... A great family stay!! Not.

Need new room furnishings
Exterior is under renovations. I hope they take care of the interior next. Room furnishings are extremely worn out and the carpeting needs replacing. The chair in my room was busted and unsafe to use during my stay. Everything else with the room was fine. I will stay again.

This hotel has gone downhill. There were numerous people standing around, smoking weed in the parking lot and the lobby itself reeked of weed in spite of it being a nonsmoking facility. The clerk seemed high too. The breakfast area was dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and my bed was a mess even after the cleaners came through.

This hotel was great. The heated pool and hot tub were open early and closed late. The kids had a ball in that area where there was chairs and tables. We got Little Cesars pizza accross the street and ate at the pool. Breakfast was great..waffles, bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereal and much more. The place is being renovated, and the shower needs work...cant take a bath there..but it was a great price and worth it! The Champlain mall.is 8 min walk away, Walmart, Applebee's, and more is 5 min drive. We felt safe there and the staff were very nice.
