Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly check-in. Location on the edge of downtown core with more reasonable rates is a plus. Construction on the rear of the property so noise may be an issue. Some noise transfer from the door between adjoining room and from highway. I wear ear plugs so was not an issue. Breakfast was provided gratis at the adjacent Ricky's but just pancakes or French toast and bacon are offered free with all other breakfast items at cost.

It was our first time staying at Accent. Their marketing and reasonable prices had us convinced. We're pretty low key, just need a decent hotel. Unfortunately our first room wasn't cleaned properly, let's just say the toilet and surfaces made that evident. We appreciated the text to front desk function. Tanvir who was on shift was amazing about the situation. He upgraded us to a suite, apologized, and even did a sweep himself and brought back my charger in the new room and checked to make sure we settled in well. The rest of the stay was comfortable. My only issue was with the shower, I guess being an older building the water temperature kept fluctuating from very hot to cold no matter where I set the dial. When I used the smoking area outside, I was happy to see they had security patrolling as a transient did approach me and the security was quick to ask him to leave. Overall it was a positive experience, I would say the staff and beds were the best parts. Thanks!

Our stay was good. Staff and rooms were clean and quiet. The only complaint was to do with the lack of areas where a wheelchair had access to both the sidewalks and to the doors that needed to be pushed open while ensuring that I could get my husband and his wheelchair safely in and out without a door closing on us and/or having my husband landing on the sidewalk or floor because of the door closing us. Thankfully this trip, there seemed to always someone who noticed our struggle and were able to helps us. Room was great, the restaurant was fine, just access to restaurant or shops were awful and very nerve wrecking for both my husband and myself.

It's super clean, close to where we wanted to be,the staff is amazing, and there's a deep love of bad puns running throughout the place that I couldn't help but relate to! Every staff member was friendly, from checking in with Tani,to housekeepers, security, and maintenance people. Every one always gave a friendly greeting when you met them. Plus, we now have a rubber duck! What's not to like? This is definitely our home away from home in Kelowna.

Perfect for an affordable longer term stay. We were there a week to visit family and were off adventuring most days. Kitchenette was handy for quick meals and had what you would need. Major highlight is the cleanliness both in the rooms and the property. The property is very well managed and upkeep is clearly top of mind. Swept, plants watered each morning, garbages never full. Staff is very courteous. Was exactly what we needed for the trip.

Good for one night
The staff was nice. Layout of the room is fine. There were drinks left in fridge from someone and mirror had lots of dust. There is construction right next to the building and they start early.
