Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️

The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around.

Great value for money. Nice rooms and a great little pool which is very quiet and relaxing. The bar is great with good quality food and drink The hotel location is nice and quiet, away from the busy area's and there are mopeds/scooters available for hire just down the road from the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time there and have nothing bad to say!

My 3rd stay here.
This stay was disappointing as renovations where taking place and it was very noisy. I feel at the time of booking I should have been made aware of this fact. Although renovation is needed, as rooms, athrooms in particular are very tired. Staff wonderful. Pool food limited and drinks a bit expensive.

Construction work every morning at 7am and filthy shower. No WiFi for most of the stay and very expensive hotel transport. It took 3 days to get toilet paper in the 2nd bathroom and no towels in the upstairs bathroom sucked too. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

Nice hotel with big suits in quiet area
My husband and I stayed at the hotel 15 nights in September 2016. We liked our spacious suite which was well cleaned every day. The hotel ground is green and clean. Breakfast was good. We spent plenty of time at the nice swimming pool. The Hotel located in quiet area with two mini markets, a local shop, a new Peppito Supermarket and a few eateries in walking distance. Everything was good exempt for poor WiFi (max speed is 70 kB/c). Be aware that big groups of Chinese tourist often stay in the hotel. They can be very noisy. A few nights from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. they run around loudly stomping, shouting and slamming doors. We had two different groups during our stay and both of them behaved the same. Overall we had a good stay in Pandawa all suits and thank the hotel staff for their service.

Far from anywhere! Hard to get transport.
First day I came, room was dirty, had to ask the staff to sweep the floor as there were many sands and dirt on the floor. I have to say the room is big, 2 floors and during the day it looks beautiful. But at night it is quite dark as there are not so many lights around. The toilet is so-so. Not so dirty yet not so clean either, they cover up the windows with some kind of net which prevents leaves and dirt from coming in.

Overall a lovely hotel and staff food was ok, bed was very comfy only thing I would mention was lighting was a little poor very dark down stairs but not a massive deal.

I had a lovely time staying at Pandawa All Suite Hotel. The hotel staffs and services had been pleasant from the day I arrived. Certainly one upgrade can be made is that the room is too dark. It would not hurt to light up the room a bit.

Poorly lit downstairs
The downstairs was poorly lit. The light above the stove didn't work and after notifying the front desk wasn't fixed so cooking was impossible at night. The downstairs toilet seat was loose and would come off. The hotel is far from any restaurants or shops so you being a taxi a lot. Need to have the address with you as none of the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was. You better have your own adaptor if you use a 3 prong US plug as the ones they have will only work for 2 prong. Staff was friendly and if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you.

Its a nice apartment, spacious, far from the crowd
Pros: Its a nice apartment, far from tourism crowd, the room is very spacious, bed is comfortable. Pool is a Lil bit small but its a good and clean pool, security is very helpfull, many thanks for the security with a tattoo on his sleeve, he's very kind. Cons: the staff is not well trained, I didn't get any receipt for check in, which is kinda important because its involve my bank card, second is room temperature is a Lil bit hot, the ac is too small to cover all the room. Third is I found a small snake near the elevator on first floor, with so many children on the apartment, I think they should have some pest control guy to clear the whole apartment.its dangerous, specially for the kids. Last one is electricity, two days in a row, twice a day in the morning. Its really annoying.

The hotel facilities were quite good, except its location was quite inconvenient. We pretty much had to take taxi/rent a car to all the the places, including supermarket and airport. Most annoying thing was about the staff. Their English was generally really bad, a lot of miscommunication happened, causing a lot inconvenience, including where they failed to book us a shuttle. The management was not satisfying either. We were told the laundry was free, but upon check-out they requested a payment on laundry. We had three people travelling. Although we stayed in a double room, we paid three people's fare. But more then one time did they request us to pay for the third person's breakfast. And the breakfast was not good. The rice they served was often cold, and the veggies looked like leftover veggies from the previous day.

A Hidden Gem
After so many shabby hotel experiences in Bali, I finally found the authentic hospitality of Bali at Pandawa Apartments in Umalas. Upon check-in (and consistently throughout my stay) they addressed me by my Surname; they immediately spelled out their many amenities and even offered insight to other services that might not have been printed in their brochure. They only had one English speaking representative on hand who, however, was very attentive to detail. The others didn't speak very much English at all and at times, had to wait for their English speaking representative to return to assist me and other guests, even though I kept handy an electronic google translator. There were also times when I'd request things to be done in the apartment or other simple requests, that staff would forget about. It's not a pandawa apartments problem however, but a much bigger service deficiency you'll definitely experience on the island. Other than the communication barrier the breakfast Buffett could be upgraded to include more dishes generally served as breakfast, globally. For breakfast, there is a daily serving of a sweet n sour chicken dish over rice (sometimes fried rice), that generally goes untouched. However, the restaurant staff can be very accommodating in trying to prepare eggs anyway you'd like them. All in all I had a wonderful stay at Pandawa apartments. I will definitely arrange to stay there again when I return to bali.
