Excellent property

The condo was an excellent choice for us, with 2 bedrooms, it more than accommodated 5 adults. The view with patio was great with vegetation and not a parking lot/other condo. There were luggage carts conveniently located by elevators ready for anyone to use. There was a fun little pond with turtles and fish.

This condo was very average. Location was good for guests who don’t want to stay in the heart of Key West. Nice Italian restaurant near by. Our TV didn’t work, but we were not there to watch TV. A little noisy from the airport next door. Overall, it was clean and we enjoyed our visit.

Noisy!!!

The condo was very nice. However was unable to enjoy during the day as construction was being done by the elevators. The noise was so loud we were unable to be there during the day. Need to get in writing that no construction would be going on. This took away from enjoying the property. Really felt that I did not get what I paid for.

Nice condo on Key West

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo just north of the Key West airport was clean and reasonably well maintained. It's located about 5-10 minutes from the historic section of Key West. While the views from the balcony weren't anything to write home about, the reasonable cost of the unit (versus lodgings closer to downtown) made it a very affordable stay which more than covered any parking costs when going downtown. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Key West.

Property was clean and as described. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the in-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of bath towels as well as beach/pool towels which we used daily! Convenient location and easy parking. A perfect stay!

Fantasy Fest 2023

Enjoyed our stay. Property is several miles from Duval, but we were able to Uber back and forth with no issues and it was nice coming back late at night to a quiet environment. Definitely will book again.

Beds were comfortable, clean, well furnished, easy to access. Sliding screen door needs repair. Having ice maker and washer/dryer a plus. Ice maker does make a clicking noise, however.

Easy location

We were with family in Key West for only one day. It was an easy Uber ride to Duvall Street and back, and brief car ride to the beach in the morning. Accommodations were good with two bedrooms and two bath and a pull out couch. There is a small market within walking distance for any food / beverage needs. I would recommend this location!

Perfect Condo for My Family

My husband, son & I spent 2 nights in this condo while visiting Key West. It was exactly as described - very clean & comfortable. We had no issues opening the condo door. The beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping in a cloud. I don’t know the name brand of the mattresses on the beds, but I would buy them for my own house if I knew, they were that comfortable. The airport did not bother us at all, you could see & hear it but it did not keep us awake at night. I would highly recommend this condo because it was perfect for our family.
