Our shower leaked to the point where the bathroom flooded, took 2 days to repair. Had to wait for over an hour to get new towels due to having to use them to clean up bathroom floor. Floors are dirty, I swear they only use Swifter and the same sheet for entire room. While we were compensated for our troubles, the time it took to resolve should have been much shorter. Location is good.

It’s so noisy from road traffic. The pool area was nice, but the road traffic was so loud, it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Front desk person at check in couldn’t even recommend a dining place on the water to recommend. Didn’t like the dark stairwell near the busy street. It’s an older motel that’s been renovated.

The room could use a little updating of the decor etc. There was no closet or place to hang anything up. It had been modified for handicapped. The outside walls and doors looked dirty or needed paint. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff was fine, but this is clearly an older property that had some upgrades made maybe 10 years ago. Bathroom was not clean. Mobile signal was poor in my room as well. Lots of noise from the main road that the hotel faces. Would not recommend this Hilton property, so seek others.

Not what I expect from a Hilton. Three ice machines and elevator closest to the room where broken the entire stay. Front desk did bring some ice to the room but nothing got fixed. The working elevator smell like rotting fish.

For the amount of money that is charged for a room, then they want to charge you for parking, they want to charge you for Wi-Fi and they can't even offer you a continental breakfast, they charge you $18 for two scoops of eggs a piece of bacon and a scoop of potatoes. And they should be ashamed of themselves, it is utterly pathetic how they try to squeeze money out of people. You have better options on the island to stay at, places that would offer you free Wi-Fi or a continental breakfast. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves and I definitely would never recommend it to anyone.
