The room smelled so syring if bleach that it burned our eyes and throats. Manager left the property as soon as he handed us the key and was unavailable. Called several times. Had to go to another hotel. Tried to contact several times to get a refund.

What neat place. In a quaint neighborhood. We parked the car and did not move it until we left. You can walk everywhere. We really enjoyed the outdoor breakfasts! Staff was really helpful.

Room was clean. Good location. On second night , Sunday, either other guests or neighbors decided to party outside until 1:30am. Loud music and voices, seemed like it was right outside the bedroom window. But window was frosted, so couldn’t tell. Little sleep that night. 8:30 for breakfast is a late start for me, so I skipped in and walked to one of the Cuban cafes that opened early nearby. At the price paid for the room, I would have expected to have bottled water in the room

Great location to see Key West. We were able to walk everywhere. Jonathon was wonderful - very helpful and extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was extensive and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Our room was an apartment with plenty of space and nice amenities. We would stay here again.

Everyone was just great and highly accommodating. The room was excellent, with one exception: the "futon" described in the room description was actually a pull-out sofa with a too thin mattress lying on top of the metal cross bars, which was hell on my ribs and spine. I just slept on the sofa instead, very soundly! But everything else -- great.

Your housekeeping team is excellent. I found the room spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend checking into small appliances for your establishment. Small fan was broken and your iron is very outdated. Other than minor details the stay was fantastic.
