Wonderful stay! Cute accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Lovely set up of the villas with clean pool area with all amenities you would need. We have stayed in a lot of villas and other self catering accommodation and have never experienced such a nice and personal service from the hosts. Heather and Kevin clearly care about the service and accommodation they provide and have thought of lots of unexpected and welcomed extras - from complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day to complementary laundry facilities, a well stocked ice cooler with bottles of water to free Starbucks coffees. Such a lovely couple - so welcoming. Villas in a great location - a minutes walk from Duval Street, but tucked away so nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

The property was very nice. My only complaint was there were no screens on the windows. Mosquitoes are a big problem and I don’t really like being inside with all the windows closed. That’s not what I went to Key West for. I mentioned this to one of the owners but they didn’t acknowledge it was a problem. For that reason we won’t be returning.

This place has the nicest atmosphere and owners that I have ever dealt with in any vacation situation. I would definitely stay there again.I met some of the nicest guests at the hotel and each couple had stayed there previously. It was a wonderful experience all around!

Our first visit to the States. Location could not be better. Room clean, comfy and equipped with everything you may need! We got welcomed with bottle of wine and happy hour for drinks and snacks! Hosts were very friendly and we wish them the best for future! If you're off to Key West - this is the place where you should stop at!

Perfect location supreme service
Absolutely the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed business or pleasure. Owners take great pride in providing an excellent experience. Free happy hour from 4-5 every day is quite a treat considering average drink in heart of Key west is $12-$18. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed. I would not classify rooms as luxurious but they are above average and very clean comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub are relaxing after exploring all day. Free washer dryer on site was convenient as well. If you want to be in the absolute center of Key West this is the location. 5 minute bike ride gets you to beach, southernmost point, marina district, butterfly sanctuar, etc. Duval Street is less than 1 block. Hemmingway couple blocks walk etc. No need to rent a car at this location just uber from airport $20 and rent bikes on property if needed for day. Or scooter or golf cart if that is your style. Travel to upper keys then would need a car. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Owners were so nice and professional. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine . Heather took us to explore the property and provided us with maps and useful information for our stay. Location is absolutely great - close to everything you want to do at the keys. The free happy hour was a plus. Kevin was very friendly and prepared us delicious sangrias. The owners are great . Thank you for the hospitality.
