The hot breakfast option was welcoming. A lot of hotels are only doing continental or bag breakfasts. I did not lije the dirty floor in my room. I believe it was blood droppings.

The service was excellent but the hotel is run down and dingy. Our first room had an extremely dirty shower and we were graciously moved to a new room. The new room had the air set at 65 which made sense because when the temperature in the room went to 70 the room reeked of smoke and was very musty. The hot water at the sink leaked all over and the toilet didn’t flush well.

Tub was listed wrong. Hot was cold and cold was hot. The lining still had wet caulk lining the tiles that got all over me before I realized it. WiFi was non-existent. Bed was hard. Cheap motel that will get you through a night, but don’t expect much.

No room despite reservation confirmation
I called to verify my reservation before I left home (2.5 hrs away). They confirmed. When I got there I was told there were no rooms and my reservation had been cancelled. The front desk said “Didn’t they call you to tell you?” No. No they didn’t.

When we arrived we were told they had just gotten power back 2 hours earlier. They said 30 minutes to an hour to get room ready. Came back 1.5 hours later and got the same Story. We did not stay because we had no intention of waiting hours for a room. They and Expedcommitted fraud by taking reservations when the hotel had no power and no idea if they could provide a room. If my credit card is charged I will bring charges.
