Place was not clean

The location was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach and town. Unit was not clean, very dusty throughout, tubs were clogged with hair and gunk and moldy, food in the couch, washer had mold and smelled bad, bathroom fans were clogged with grime, shower head had mold on them, broken remote control fan unit, electrical issue in 1 bathroom, stove and dishwasher were not attached, dishwasher was dirty, sheets had stains, frig had cracked pieces, microwave appeared to have some melting damage. and other issues- property manager (who also commented that we should be compensated for the cleaning fees and that the unit needed a deep cleaning and took photos also) came to unclog the tubs and clean some of the moldy areas. I asked the owner for compensation of the cleaning fees due to the unclean unit (and offered to send photos) and the owners response was not positive or professional. I am hoping these items were addressed before the next guests arrival.

Family holiday in Paradise

A great place to stay. Within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool area was well tended. The owner was great , always quick to get back us. The only issue we had was with the size of the parking stalls. They are definitely meant for smaller vehicles.

The property manager was very kind & a great communicator. The condo could have been cleaner. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet & the dishwasher had food chunks in it when we opened it. We cleaned the dishwasher, but decided to wash all the dishes by hand instead of trying to use the dishwasher. It was great to have 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The area was amazing, it was awesome to be able to walk to beaches, shops, & restaurants. The location couldn't have been better. Overall our trip was fantastic.

Great Weekend Stay

Spent a long weekend here with the family and would definitely stay again. Location is easy to find & check in instructions were provided. Condo is walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had plenty of cookware for dinners and laundry machines in this unit are large to do family sized loads, so nobody had to take home wet bathing suits. Condo complex does not allow towels,etc. hung outside on patio. Size of unit was perfect for our group of 6, enough space to relax and not feel crowded at all. Neighborhood was quiet & I felt safe the entire stay.

Great Kihei location/ lots of rules

The condo is located very central to Kihei. Easy to walk around for shopping and food. Condo is a little more used than pictures relay. No closet doors so utilities ie. water heater are exposed and furniture is falling apart in dining and living room. Rules on the property are too strict especially at the pool. There is an actual security guard to make sure kids don't have toys or jump in. Not allowed even a water bottle at the hot tub. Parking spots are very small.

Christmas with the family in Maui

Loved the condo and the short distance to the beach. Rebecca was great in responding to our question about access to the pool. Our family consisted of 6 adults and one toddler. The bedrooms provided more than enough beds and the condo was big enough for us to enjoy our family Christmas. We will definitely come back and stay at that condo

Excellent location - property can handle a lot of people. The condo is slightly older thank I would have expected with popcorn ceilings. Overall I loved it and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches that Maui can offer.

One week stay in Maui with group of 12

Rebecca was wonderful to book with as she responded quickly and was very accommodating. Location to the beach was nice. The exterior of the building left a lot to be desired. The property itself is nice but much smaller than it appears in the photos. The dryer needs to be serviced as it would take 2-3 cycles to dry a load. Overall a great place for the price.

The condo was just as described and the location worked perfectly for us - walking distance to beaches, convenience store nearby. Rebecca was really good in responding to messages. Just a reminder - this is a self service apartment, so dont expect the pantry to be stocked. It is listed in the description too.

Beautiful condo with comfortable amount of space

We really enjoyed our time here and Rebecca was a wonderful host. We had two families (total 9 people) and felt that the space was a comfortable amount. We appreciated the amenities, especially the laundry machines, towels, beach supplies (chairs and umbrellas), as well as the location of the condo. Wonderful place to stay

This condo was just across the street from the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk. They also had a wonderfully pool area where we could use an outdoor grill. We had eleven in our group and although it was a little tight it was definitely doable you just have to be good friends. This would be perfect for a group of 8 or 9. This condo was very clean and it had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. We would definitely stay here again.

Turned out great.

The house ? was hard to find we did not realize it was in a high rise and the house online is actually on the corner as we drive into Pacific Shores. It was deceiving the place looked like a large home on line with water right outside. All in all we had a wonderful stay a little tight for 10 but everything we needed was at hand the washer and dryer was a needed necessity. We received our deposit within 2 weeks (thank you Rebecca). We would definitely stay there again. It was walking distance to everything.

Wonderful Property

Our stay at this property couldn't have been more enjoyable. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths our family of 8 had plenty of room. We arrived to find a very clean and well appointed condo. There is plenty of beach equipment which we used almost daily. The location is directly across the street from Charly Young beach, and a very short walk from Kam I. Both beaches are very accessible, and are fun and felt safe. We actually saw more sea turtles at Charly Young than we did on our booked snorkeling adventure. The ABC store is about a block away and has everything from groceries to gifts. We opted to have a mid-stay cleaning done, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The place was spotless when we returned that day. The owner, Rebecca, was wonderful! I had a couple of glitches from my end and she was very accommodating. She responded to my communications very quickly. I really appreciated her being so helpful every step of the way. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Mahalo, Rebecca!

Rebecca is the best host! Very attentive to your every need. We had everything our group of ten (ages 17 mos. to adult) needed to have fun at the beach. Especially appreciated the baby gear, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and the washer/dryer.

Proximity, necessities, beautiful views!

This location was perfect for our recent vacation to Hawaii for a family wedding. We had 3 couples traveling in our party, which worked well as each bedroom has a bathroom (2 attached, 1 right outside the bedroom). Also, the convenience of the washer and dryer was much appreciated. We were able to grill out because we had all the essentials needed for this enjoyable experience (grill down by the pool area, and all the proper grilling materials available in the condo for use). A local grocery store is a short drive down from this location. We were able to use the supplied beach chairs to make our trip to the beach more enjoyable. (Amazing sunsets!) There are also local souvenier type shops, restaurants, and bars within short walking distance. Rebecca was great to work with in the scheduling process and supportive throughout the trip.

Good value and set up for two families

The set up of this unit worked really well for our two families with the kids all being able to be together and have their own bathroom. Kitchen was a bit small than we would have liked but it had everything we needed. The patio was tiny with space for only two chairs but it overlooks the parking lot so no need to sit out there. Very much appreciated the beach chairs and good beach towels! And the good washing machine and dryer were awesome to have. Decent walking distance to restaurants, beaches and other shopping. Pool and hot tub served the purpose well and the barbecues were really good. Older unit but appropriately priced.
