Large two-bedroom loft, Garden view Condo. Feel right at home in this spacious condo overlooking the pool and beautifully manicured greenway. There is a King bed in the loft bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, which allows this condo to sleep a maximum of six (6) people. Kamaole Sands is located across the street from Kamaole Beach III and a short walk to more beaches, shopping and dining options.

This condo has one air conditioning unit in the living room only + ceiling fans (no AC in bedrooms)

Stay in Kamaole Sands 3-407
Not a bad place to call home for a couple of weeks. The place was fairly clean and well outfitted with everything that we needed. The king bed is fairly soft for those who are tummy/side sleepers. The condo staff were amazing.

Basic Condo
We have been staying in Kamaole Sands once or twice a year for the past 10 years and we love the property. We booked this trip last minute, so there weren't many choices of places to stay. At check in, we were told somebody would deliver towels to the room as there weren't enough. By lunch the next day, I had to send an email to the management company as we still didn't have enough towels and we all wanted to shower. They arrived 24 hours after check in. We pointed out that the ice maker was broken and they sent a repairman who said it needed a new part. We never saw him again and it was never fixed. The unit needs a good cleaning as everything was really sticky. There weren't any sugar ants on the counters, but we caught 3 cockroaches on the floor. The kitchen in the unit was not well stocked unless you wanted to run the dishwasher after every meal. We bought paper plates to add to the stock of styrofoam cups. There were no extras like pool towels or coolers for guests to use. The wifi was terrible especially in the back bedroom. It hardly worked. None of these things wrecked our vacation, but after staying in many beautiful units in this complex, I wouldn't recommend this unit.
